Soccer

Jeff starts soccer this Saturday!! He is so excited and so am I. We have started p90x together and boy is it tough!! We are easing into it because of his knee and I have not done any exercise at all for a long time.

We are at my in-laws house watching the soccer game! Oh how I love soccer. We love hanging out here, Grandma Reed has 4 Tv's and tons of toys for all the kids. Aunt Wendy, Hazel, Uncle Scott and Kent and all their kids are here to play with. USA just scored their 2nd goal!!

I decided that since I am so far behind on my other blog I would start a new one and try to update this one once a week.

Well if you know anything about our little family is that we are Soccer fans. I was not always one, in fact I really did not like any sport but Utah Football for almost my whole life until I married my husband. My first Soccer game that I went to was Jeff's Brother's soccer game and then from there it really took off. Jeff has played his whole life and loves it. I had no clue about how the game is more about strategy than other things and I had no clue what any rules were.

At my first game I was so board that I watched anything but the game. NOW I am so involved I am not really myself. I yell at the refs and at other players. I boo and Cheer.

Jeff plays soccer still up until last year he played on at least 2 outdoor teams. Last year while playing indoor soccer he tore his ACL and MCL that resulted in surgery and a whole year off of soccer.

Our daughter AJ is on a team and our little boy Brent is old enough to play this year too. We are so excited. We do not have season tickets to RSL like Jeff family but we do try to go as much as possible. I am so excited for soccer season to begin again.
